It was reported that a report on the President's Telecomrr-uni-
cations Policy Board was prepared to go back to the Director of the
Budget.
There was discussion of NSC-26 and NSC-29 and the responsibilities
of CIA thereunder.
There was discussion of the importance of evaluations and
requirements to the collection mechanism and the necessity for making
sure that all raw intelligence reports were evaluated.
The 'directive on training will be prepared by Mr.
Mr, Dulles reported that he had participated in a conference
at State at which a decision was made on the China policy.
