Director's Staff Meeting
Mr. Dulles reported that the President has initialled the
psychological warfare directive but will not sign it until he finds
the appropriate Director. The Director said that he had passed on
his list of candidates to the President, and Mr. Dulles said that he
had given a list to Admiral Souers.
Mr. Dulles reported that he had received the study on 0

for this week had been postponed.
