P80B01676R002300080010-0 S~: itv inturrnarion Wednesday, 6 February "752 Mrs. Reported that the Executive Order or port security which had been pre- pared for the President's signature had not been signed but had been referred by the President to the NSC for further discussion. The Executive Order involves the complete denial of principal US ports to Soviet and Satellite shipping. 25X1 b. Reported that the local representative of Warner Brot'-ers pictures had sought CIA technical guidance in the production of a contemporary spy picture. He was told that we would not only be unable to afford such guidance but that we would take every step to discourage the rroduction of a picture which purported to represent current US espionage. Mr. -WWfiarners' brother-in-law is now on his way to Europe to discuss possible scripts and, raised the nuestion whether he might be told to contac`: a CIA representative in the field. This was declared to be impossible because all such personnel are covert. a. Reported that it would not be possible to split the PSB budget (amounting to among the three departments concerned, Either CIA must pick up the whole to or the PSB must stand on its own budgetary feet. b. Noted also that Mr. 0. K. Armstrong (of San Francisco map fame) h-id informed Mr. PSB that he sought an auditorium for a meeting, on or about 22 February, which would examine and discuss US PW and guerrilla war'are plans and activities.
