e. Noted that Chip Bohlen had highly praised the Cenis Report on Russia
and he (Bohlen) intended to send a copy to George Kennan. After some discussion
wherein Mr. Dulles noted he had seen a copy of this report, Ir. Becker undertook
to secure additional copies.

f. Noted that he had talked with General McClure at some length concerning
publicity being given to POW troubles and at this matter had 25X1
been referred to the POC, which agreed at "some" actionth should be taken
without further delay. Mr. Wisner stated he would keep Mr. Dulles advised
on this matter.
g. Asked Mr. Dulles what might be expected from CIA from the Ad Hoc
Committee appointed on the Berlin situation. Mr. Dulles stated he had furnished
a memorandum on this matter to DD/P and, after some discussion, a copy was also
given to DD/I.
a. Noted that arrangements were being made for a central point of contact
25X1 with the which had been doing a considerable amount of work
for us and, in particular for OSI. Mr. Wisner asked that when this contact
25X1 had been established be advised. Mr. Becker undertook to do so&
b. Reported on a discussion he recently had with Park Armstrong concerning
25X1 his writings and, after some discussion, Mr. Becker
undertook o reques ate to make a brief analysis oX. this problem. Mr. Wisner
stated if it "looked bad enough" we could then go direct 25X1
25X1 with whom this matter had previously been discussed.
c. Noted that the Prime Minister of Viet Nam had been replaced and at first
blush such replacement appeared to be in our favor.

d. Referred to the item in todsVts Log concerning the Nepalese Government
and stated some time ago State had discussed the possibility of establishing a
mission in the northern part of Nepal since at that time there were 107 Americans
in that area. After some discussion wherein Mr. Wisner stated he had asked for
a further report on the above-mentioned item, he undertook to ascertain from state
what further action, if any, had been taken in the establishment of the mission
referred to by Mr. Becker.
