Noted that had offered to "give us a briefing during the first week of November on the results of his trip to Africa, axx askew o arrange this. Noted we had received two pouched reports on 25X1 the II affair and approved forwarding a copy of statement o the 25X1 FBI. The Director said that any other pertinent portions of the above referred to reports, which in judgement would be of interest to the Bureau, could also be made available. e. Noted a cable from the Senior Representative, concerning General Donovan's fear that no one in the State Department is aware of the complexities of the situation in Burma, and noted his inten- tion to make this information available to General Smith. undertook to do this. a. The Director said he would like to do this, if possible, and noted that as returning to the United States for consultation and he intended to see him.
