Noted a cable 25X1 respecting the possible and stated that every 2 5X1 possible precaution would be taken in this case to include the sub,ject's immediate return by air to the United States, and his arrest if necessary, to accomplish this. Mr. Wisner noted that the individual in question had and recommended that he also be immediately 25X1 returned. The Director approved. undertook to follow through 2 5X1 on this. c.
