Wisner, Amory, Colonel White. Messrs. Kirkpatrick,0 Sheldon, Mr. Dulles: a, Noted that Dr. Milton Eisenhower would be in Washington on Saturday, 12 December, and would get in touch with us respecting comments on the Bolivian paper prepared by Mr. Sheldon undertook to have Mr. of OCI standing by to make this report, b. Noted a cable and asked rat a reply for his s approval. In this connection, the Director said he wished to give Mr. Herbert Hoover, Jr., all possible assistance. Mr. Wisner: Stated had reported to him that Mr. Foley of the De artment of Justice had agreed to Colonel White: 25X1 Briefly reported on his conversation with I Ion 25X1 8 December, and after some discussion General Cabell suggested that he, DD/I, DD/A and the General Counsel take this matter in hand. The Director approved and asked that this group make the final decision in this matter. Mr. Kirkpatrick: a. Briefly reported on the Welfare Board and noted it had been decided for the present not to solicit contributions from CIA personnel. b. Noted that was being debriefed on his trip to South Africa on Friday, 11 December. c. Reported that Mr. Pforzheimer had talked to Senator Watkins who had indicated his willingness to be debriefed on his recent trip. The Director approved. d. Reported that we had not yet had the opportunity to contact Senators Smith and Capehart respecting a debriefing on their recent trip. e. Stated that Senator Whlker had requested information on personalities assigned to the Czech Embassy here. f.
