Dulles: a. Noted a cable X1 (IN 37806) concerning disposal requirements for occu an s o _ 1 and stated he was still concerned that i mi ht be saddled with these people for an indefinite period. Mr, said we had explored all avenues of approach to this problem, and this solution, while not sure-fire, appeared to be the most workable. (NOTE: It will be recalled at the Deputies' Meeting on Wednesday, 25 November, the Director asked that this subject be put on the Agenda for discussion with during his visit to Headquarters during the week of 14 December.) b, Noted a cable (OUT 53635) concerning Soviet admission into the International Labor Organization and asked to determine whether Secretary of Labor Mitchell's statement of 18 November had been checked prior to dispatch of this message. c, Asked Mr, Amory to be prepared to brief the Secretary of State on the exchange of "intelligence information" if thi.; subject came up for discussion at the Bermuda Conference. General Cabell suggested that Mr. Amory also have at hand the DO/ Service Intelligence Agencies' viewpoint on this matter, undertook to obtain this additional information. d.
