Mr. Dulles:
a) Noted the following points discussed at the 0CB

1) The 0CB a greed that all information
should be used in the reports of deporta-

2) Deputy Under Secretary of State Robert
Murphyts concern over the monitoring of RFE broad-
casts. The Director said he had advised the OCB

a) Raised the question of exchange of Christmas cards
between headquarters and field personnel and recommended for
security reasons DD/S prepare either a regulation or a directive
which would prohibit such exchange, The Director commented
he agreed with this in theory, however, he felt that such action
intruded on the personal rights of our people and asked DD/S
to draft for bia approval a directive requesting CIA employees
in the field and at headquarters not to exchange Christmas
greetings. ACTION: DD/S

on this would be held in abeyance for a week or so, ACTION:

a) Referred to the Director?s briefing before the
Senate Foreign Relations Committee on 12 November and recommended
that the item referring to the history of the Egyptian raids
on the Israelis be redone in view of the fact that some of
these raids had taken place prior to the time the Egyptians
had received arms from the Soviets. ACTION: DD/I
Mr. Kirkpatrick:
Noted the schedule for the Killian Committee durinj
the period 28 - 30 November and pointed out that arrangements
have been made for the Director to meet with the Committee

on the afternoon of the 28th. Mr. Amory commented he was
scheduled to speak at the Air War College on the 28th and
the Director asked him to reschedule this talk in order that
he be here at the time the Committee is.
Mr. Amory:
Referred to a letter from Amb, U. Alexis Johnson
recommending that Service Attaches receive OAR briefings
prior to assuming their duties. The Director a proved and
