b) Noted that when the IDC was formed there were no subcommittees
of the IA.C as such and commented it was his understanding it is now proposed
that the IDC become a subcommittee of the IA.C. The Director said he saw
no objection to this and in fact would recommend it. 25X1
remarked that the "transfer" has been provided for in the revision of NSCID #4.

Reported on the assets o land noted he was preparing 25X1
a memorandum for record on this subject.

Noted that General Cassidy, Staff Director, President's Board of
Consultants, had requested that he be put on dissemination for all future
minutes of USCIB meetings. Mr. Kirkpatrick commented that he has also
requested IA.C minutes. The Director stated he saw nomason why the
President's Board should not receive the minutes in question, however, as
a matter of courtesy General Cassidy's request should be taken up in
executive session at the next IA.C meeting. ACTION: DD/I.
Mr. Amory:
Suggested that the Director might wish to invite Cabot Lodge for a
debriefing as a result of his recent trip to India. DCI agreed. jk.CTIC)N:
