TOP SE ti, OFFICIAL DIARY Wednesday, 18 July 1951 After speaking to Dr. Langer, called II and told him that 25X1 would be the CIA member of the drafting team for the NSC 68/4 report. Mr. Reber's office called in regard to the Atomic Paper for the IAC meeting tomorrow. The Director said that it would be considered and I told Reber to put it on the agenda. Calle d told him not to release the semi-annual atomic report until after,we received an okay from the DCI after the IAC meeting. I stopped in to discuss the possibility of his being recleared for special source intelligence. Had a meetin with I I and Hanson on our contribution to the NSC 68/4 report. I Iwill write the draft. Gave him the memos from OCI, OSI, ORR,and ONE which had been prepared for Mr. Jackson. State Department and the Servi ring their contributions to the IAC meeting tomorrow. Asked to have OPC, OSO, and 00 memos by tomorrow noon. will have draft by Friday night. This will be cleared with Mr. And the IAC agencies on Monday. Called and advised him that I thought Dr. Chadwell should be present for the atomic part of the IAC meeting.
