Approved For Release 2009/01/02 : CIA-RDP80BO1676R002600040002-0 ~` MERI JAN 1V1V E { i ail.. OR F i EID"" S1, 1. N JOHN Muc EXECUTIVE DIF:EC jJ@ -L YWOOD. December 26,1961 The Honrable Dr. James Killian Director, President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board The White House Washington,D.C. Dear Sir: 8. D.C. I take the liberty of enclosing for your perusal my private Intelligence Eeports, dealing with recent unprovoked and brutal attack against Portugal by so-called "neutral India", This attack was cleverly organized by the forces of Kremlin and international Communist conspiracy, while and when, the President of the United States is visiting Venezuela and Colombia, while and when, the President of the Soviet Union is visiting India, while and when, the United Nations forces brutally attacking people of latanga (under General of India command). The Government of India, cynically ignored the United States President Appeal, Vatican Appeal,United Nations Appeal,British and :French Appeals, and with pleasureecomrade Khna Xenon accepted order from Kremlin and international Communist conspiracy. I do believe that the United States Government should renew U.S. Appeal to the United Nations and to Government of India, to withdraw India's military forces from the provinces of Portugal. Very resp ddtf!+t lly yours, John Muc cutive Director American- otion Pictures for Preedom, inc.
