MEMORANDUM FOR 'E RECORD
RE: Project
On November 11, immediately after the meeting of the OCB,
I spoke to about the above project and drew him a rough chart
of what wan entailed and the risks and benefits. I told him that we
proposed to staff the matter out in detail with General Ridgway and
pointed out that it was a matter in which as equally
interested and was bearing his share of the cost.
After consideratioe0 said that as far as I as con-
cerned, he saw no objection to our proceeding with the project.
