a course of instruction to our reserve personnel this past
summer. This training was made available to our technically
qualified officers holding billets in Technical Operations
within the National Postal & Travellers Censorship teams.
Inasmuch as the responsibility for the active duty training
of these officers was placed on our organization, I wish to
convey our deep appreciation for the invaluable service
rendered us through your cooperation.
The cooperation and lity of the instruction provided by
25X1 Dr? ua were outstanding. These gentlemen
exhibited high skill, and unique knowledge in the underlying
science. They are dedicated and stimulating teac4:ers. The.
