enclosing copies of Volumes I and III of the study entitled "Nuclear
Attack Hazard in Continental United States - 1963. r,
We appreciate greatly your sending this material to us,
inasmuch, as it will provide us with extremely valuable guidance
in our emergency planning. For this reason, we also would be
very grateful if you would issue or lend to Us at con
