"The CIA Rots in Support of Presidential Trips Abroad. " This is an updating of a memorandum I put out on 8 June 1962. and is designed to tell everybody in the y what their responsibilities are and to whom. You will of curse under- our responsibilities to the Secret Service are inti- .sate and compelling as covered in paragraph it D of the attached, we also have respooaibilities for pure intelligence aspects and esideat l briefings which must be covered in detail. If you have any seuggestions as to where we might improve our coverage, I would be delighted to have them.
