In the course of the Study a committee under my direction
has been making of Brazil since January of this year, we have
had the excellent cooperation and assistance of one of your
officers, on our Working Group. She has actively
participated in the Group's discussions, prepared several
papers at our request, and generally turned in one of the best
performances among the inter-Agency representatives working
on the Study. Her contribution both at the meetings and
through her papers has been of a gratifyingly high order and
has shown knowledge, good analytical ability, thoroughness,
and judgment. She obviously thinks about a problem before
speaking to it, her drafting is clear and concise, and the
organization of her presentations, excellent. She has t
such deadlines as had to be set and has always shown e~~plete
willingness to take on and do without delay anything s has
been asked to do, despite the heavy work-load which I Wider-
stand she normally carries in your Agency. ru
