Pursuant to provisions of National Security Council

This analysis has been completed by the Central
Litelllgence Agency's Deputy Director of Security, who
also serves as the C# x -aii of VIM ; urity Corxnrr ittee
of the United States I telligence . oard. His fic4ings
lead rite to the conelua1* that there has been a serious
breach on subjects vital to our national security. An
investigation is proceeding in an effort to deterxr ine the
source of the disclosure.
The Central Intelligence Agency has been, directed
to provide all poe able support to the Fedetr Bureau of
investigation, and agents of the Bureau have been given
appropriate clearances by CVit in order to carry out
their mission.

the President's Foreign la**I*ence Advisory Hoard
