opinion that publication of the AEC proposed draft on Atmospheric

our Annual Report, 1;s you know, v-e had considered issuing the
Dominic Report as a separate public announcement earlier this year
and cleared the text with appropriate Government agencies. However,
release was deferred at that. _rrie,
'ou will recall that we made several corsnitrier, ts after the Dominic
series that a public statement of some type would be made at a later
date. In view of the passage of time and the testimony related to the
