MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director of Central Intelligence
Proposed Letter of Appreciation to CINCLANT
Exercise QUICK KICK
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation for action by the
Deputy Director of Central Intelligence as indicated in paragraph 3.
2. Officers of the War Plans Staff and. recently partici-
pated in the Joint Field Training Exercise QUICK KICK, held in the-North
Carolina area and coastal waters from 1 to 11 May 196.2. It is desired to
express to CINCLANT, under whose command the exercise was held, the
Agency's appreciation of the opportunity to participate and for the hospitality
accorded its representatives.
3. It is recommended that the attached letter be signed and sent to
CINCLANT.
