JECT : Comint - Elint Security
On 47 April the DCI referred to the discussion in the USIB
meeting of 25 April concerning Comint - Elint security and the
difference of opinion between Cornor and NSA on this subject.
He asked if you would review this matter and make recommenda-
tions to him for the consideration of USIB inasnn*ch as he did not
feel that the members of USIB were able to evaluate all of the
factors at their 25 April meeting.
