MEMORANDUM FOR: Mr. Elder
Roger Hilsman called today, asking for an opportunity
to read the Stennis transcript and have it available so "his
people" could follow the same line of argument. This results
from the Director's comment in USIB on the meeting with
Stennis. I told him the Director wanted to check the transcript
personally and that I would bring his request to the Director's
attention.
