This memorandum is for information only. 2. Formal inspections are assw under way cover: ioto ra hic Interpretation Center li e following additional full-scale surveys are proposed for the remainder of 1962: a. The Estimative Process - Requested by the Director. Because the inspectors best qualified for this survey are now occupied in reviewing NPIC, which is taking longer than expected, I now plan to start the assessment of the estimative process in late June. b. Non-Arab Africa, - Discussed with and concurred in by the DD/P. Inspection of Hindquarters components to begin in mid-summer, with visits to field stations starting in early fall. c. Office of Research and Reports - Discussed with and concurred in by the ADD/I. Scbadaled to begin in early fall, by which time reorganization of ORt should be completed. . Also in early fall we plan to visit field stations of ELF` Division, plus a few WE stations missed in our most recent inspection of I'E Division. Congressmen, and others may hold the Agency morally responsive for young females not living with their families, and that the Agency should be prepared to show what arrangements it makes to look after then , 6.
