1. This memorandum is for tnformatioa only.
2. We *so do magic in giving outside recipients of FB
"Official Use Onlyf publications status as consultants. It would
not increase the protection. to our employees nor lessen the
liability of such recipients for any.future dissemination they
might make. 'The best we can do to to make save that such
outside recipients are on notice of the potential liability involved
and that they, therefore, are not to make further dissemination.
This could be done by written notice to each one at the time he is, added to the dissemination list.
