your letter of 2 February. and for your
comments about recent published remarks by

the article to which you refer is pre-
sumably the selection of excerpts from an
address made by Mr. Dulles last summer be-
fore the Veterans of Foreign Wars. I an
enclosing a copy of the full text in which
you might have a further interest.
As to your further question on that
subject. In general. this Agency does not
issue bibliographies or other publications
in this important field. May I suggest that
