The 10 Division has been informed by a
Congregational minister who was formerly an aide
to President Eisenhower, that ICL, Inc. is a
reputable, if rather Rotarian, organization of
prominent public officials and private businessmen
who believe that public prayer is an effective
means of vanquishing the world's evils, and both
Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy have attended
prayer breakfasts sponsored by this organization.
