I thank you for your helpful suggestion for broad-
casting to East Europe.
I am unable to speak directly to your question of
whether evidence of Soviet economic discrimination
against the Satellites Is used in RYE broadcasts. How-
ever. because of the obvious merit of your suggestion
and its suitability for use in unofficial broadcasts. I
have taken the liberty of sending it along to Mr. John
of the Free Europe Commit-
tee, with the request that he get in touch with about
it.
