I am a person with democratic sentiments and also a great sympa-
thizer of the American government and people. I have been persecuted
and wiled by the CommRm.ist government of Fidel Castro and thanks to
the generosity of the American people I find myself in the city of
Miami. I wish to manifest to you that I am always at your disposal to
serve and help you within my power.
I could serve the American government through my connections with
Cuban residents in NLiami whose sympathies I en3oy with almost all of
them, but my economic resources do not permit me to move. If you
could help me with some money and an automobile perhaps it would be
very useful. Believe me that I make this request for assistance only
to help in combatting the red dictatorship of Cuba, the tyrant, Fidel
Castro.
I await your reply. Consider me at your service in every means.
I am confident of receiving your assistance.
