visions of the Civil Service Retirement Act.
2. who is sixty-six years old,
entered on duty 27 November 1950 with the Advisory Council
and is now Chief, Plans Staff, GS 15, Offic Current
Intelligence. Prior to his Agency service,
was employed by the Department of the Interior, Public
Works Administration, U. S. Department of Agriculture,
and the Veterans Administration. He has over twenty-eight
years of Federal service.
3. The Office of Current Intelligence and the Office
of Security concur in the writing of this letter.
