SUBJECT: Commendatory Retirement Letter
1. Attached for your signature is a commendatory
letter for Iwho plans to retire from
the Agency y JLVbU under t e optional provisions of
the Civil Service Retirement Act.

on duty 13 October 1952 with the Office of General Services
and is now Building Management Officer, GS-12 Office of
Logistics. Prior to his Agency service, was STAT
employed by the Farm Credit Administration, War Pro-
duction Board, War Manpower Commission and the Depart-
ment of State. He has over twenty-six years of Federal
service.
