SUBJECT: Letter from Dr. Harry Lepman
1. Attached is the recommended answer to Dr. Lepman's letter.
2. The pamphlet on the Franzenbad spa in Northern Bohemia gives a
short history of the place which was founded in the 18th century. The only
propaganda line in this pamphlet is contained in the last paragraph where
it states: "Since 1945, Franzenbad no longer serves the rich and the priv-
ileged., instead its doors are open to the working people."
