24 June 1951, subject as above, addressed to the
Director of Intelligence, USAF, The Director of Naval
Intelligence and Assistant Chief of Staff, G-2, USA,
in which you suggest discussion of your proposed
Directive at an early date.
2. I would like to urge that you call a meeting
of the addressees of your memorandum, or their rep-
resentatives, in the near future to hold this discussion.
