Attached for your information is a copy of my
last letter to the Justice Department in the
matter. As you can see, the position stated is that
the Agency is unwilling to make available all the
witnesses or documents that Justice requested for
use in connection with a possible prosecution.
However, the fact that we have refused to accede
to all the justice Department requests does not in
my opinion justify an allegation of non-cooperation
in the case.
