MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Advisory Group Members
SUBJECT : Executive Advisory Group Appraisal Session
We have scheduled an Executive Advisory Group (EAG) session
for 3. February which we will devote to an appraisal of the EAG
as a management body. I ask you all to give some thought to this
beforehand so that we can share opinions on:
1.) -the extent-to which--we are meeting .the fire goals we-_
set =for ourselves;
2) the pertinence of the issues considered at the sessions;
3) the effectiveness of the sessions as problem-solving,
decision-making forums;
4) the adequacy of staff support;
5) the ability of EAG to carry out its projected workload
under current Procedures; and
6) any suggestions you may have as to how we may achieve
broader participation in the consideration of EAG
issues and in the communication of decisions reached.
