Attached is a follow up of our conversation
last Wednesday. These are my views; not necessarily
those of any other segment of the Agency.
I have sent a copy of the attached to the DDI
and as you will note this has come to you through
Jack Blake. Lastly I sent one to John McMahon.
FYI. Gen. Faurer will be in town next week
for a Commanders Conference. He asked to see me
next Monday 3 October at 1530. If I hear nothing
to the contrary I will simply tell him that the
subject is getting urgent and high level attention
and a decision should be forthcoming soon."
