Transmitted herewith is the Fiscal Year 1979 Budget request in the
for the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement
and Disability Fund. Our request for this purpose is unclassified and
therefore is transmitted separately from the Agency's classified operating
program request for 1979. The latter does not include the funds requested
for the CIA retirement fund; however, the Agency's budget submission for
1979 does include as a supplemental schedule the detailed classified data
necessary to support our request for the Government's contribution to the
retirement fund.
