Walker Mount St. Albans Washington, DC 20016 Executive Regj" Dear Bishop Walker: My colleagues in intelligence and I extend a cordial invitation to you to discuss "Morality in Foreign Affairs" as CIA Guest Speaker on Tuesday, 10 January 1978, at.3:00 p.m. in the CIA Headquarters auditorium at Langley, Virginia. The CIA Guest Speaker Program brings to CIA employees and guests from other agencies of the Intelligence Community the viewpoints of leading scholars, government officials, and other public figures on areas of concern to the Intel- ligence Community. It consists of a formal lecture of approximately 45 minutes followed by a 30-minute question period. The Guest Speaker honorarium is $500. If 10 January is not convenient for you, we would be happy to discuss an alternative date. Our program runs on the second Tuesday of the month.
