1. The quality of the briefing books provided for my European
trip was superb. Mere were very few issues that were raised that
I had not been adequately briefed on, and no areas of interest which
were not thoroughly covered. I commend you very highly for the time
and effort that went into this well-received product.
2. Additionally, you were the focal point for coordinating all.
aspects of the trip, and your superb performance is evidenced by the
fact that there were no surprises--it was a smooth and well-handled
trip.

Ny wife and I do want to thank you for the generous
hospitality you extended us in absentia. If anything
could have been more delightful for us than staying in
your sumptuous quarters, it would have been to have had an
opportunity to visit with you as well.
I can't tell you how superbly nd the
entire staff treated us while we were there. Every last
detail was superbly arranged from the moment we walked in
the door until we left.
Beyond this, the entire visit was most productive from
my point of view. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity
to lunch with who is a charming person
indeed.
I hope we'll be able to cross paths here or there
again before long and to keep in touch in the meantime
as appropriate. Again many, many thanks for your wonderful
hospitality.
