We are now compiling information for the 16th edition of our
Advance Locator. This pre-publication supplement to the Congressional
Staff Directory is scheduled for distribution early in January.
Will you please have one of your aides look over the attached
pages from the "Key Personnel in the Executive Departments" section
of our latest edition and make any appropriate changes. Feel free
to add any offices or personnel who are most frequently.contacted
by the Hill, other governmental agencies or departments, or the
public. We are anxious to have the listing for your department
exactly as you wish it.
Please do not hesitate in returning the information. immediately
for it takes several weeks for us to enter the data. If you wish to
make additional changes after returning the listing, please have one
of your staff call Bobbie Rogers at 836-7500. We will be able to
make changes for the Advance Locator until December 20, 1977. You
will be given an opportunity to update this listing early next year
for publication in the 1978 Congressional Staff Directory.
As a result of the cooperation of oitr friends in the Government
