In attendance were my Vice Director, Major General James M. Rockwell, USA; my Deputy Director for Operations, Rear Admiral Ralph M. Ghormley; and my Deputy Director for Command and Control, Rear Admiral Lucien Capone. Also attending were commanders from DCA field activities in the United States, Europe and the Pacific area and key members of my staff. briefing was outstanding in every respect and was extremely well received. There is no doubt in my mind that he contributed to an enhanced security awareness among all those present. As you know, it is a rare occasion when a security presentation receives a round of loud applause from any audience. In this instance it did happen and it was well deserved.
