Daniel Schorr has written to this Department
requesting to be advised whether he is still under
investigation in connection with the publication in
The Village Voice of classified information from a
report of the House Intelligence Committee.
We intend to advise Mr. Schorr that our inves-
tigation into this matter has been completed and
that no further action is contemplated in. this case
at this time. I am enclosing a copy of our reply
