DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES
The President has directed that you be given for your information
and guidance a copy of the letter he sent on December 9, 1969
to all American Ambassadors, making clear to each Ambassador
his responsibilities for the direction and coordination of all
elements within the U. S. Diplomatic Mission in the country to
which he is accredited.
