Inasmuch as the weekly Planning Board sessions tend to have no formal agenda, it would be helpful if you would think of items that might be addressed in that forum. We should ensure that matters of importance to CIA are discussed. To that end, the DDCI should have in hand by OOB each Friday, topics and background for items that he can raise at the Planning Board.. He should also have your advice about matters that you think others may raise at the sessions. 2. It would be helpful if your suggestions came forward in one package, though you may suggest items that relate specifically to your own responsibilities. 3. Perhaps the DDI could package these materials in the same way that NFIB items are prepared for the CIA Member of NFIB. Distribution: Orig - DDI 1 - DDO 2 - DDCI 1 - ER AN.
