A number of Agency employees have recently received unsolicited invitations to subscribe to Soviet Life Magazine. It is not known at this time whether t is rash of mailings, all of which originated in the Soviet Union, is directed only at Agency employees or includes others of the general populace. No reports have yet come to our attention from the Directorate of Operations; however, solicitations have been received by members of all other Directorates. 2.
