SUBJECT : Evaluation of GS-14 Personnel
1. The "E" Career Service Career Management Policy and
Procedures require that you evaluate personnel in grade GS-14
during the month of May. Attached for your use is an Individual
Evaluation Rating form for all "E" Career Service Personnel in
this grade level assigned to Office of General Counsel.
2. It is requested that your rankings be forwarded to
the Secretary, Executive Career Service Board not later than
15 June 1977.
