Attached is a list of analysts who have been doing community-
related work in CIA and a note from Ed Proctor concerning their
availability. If you have any interest in my previous suggestion
that some of this analytical help could be made available to DIA
on a reimbursable basis (with their slots carried out here at CIA),
you might want someone to look these people over. Proctor has
asked me to Insure that these Individuals are not approached
directly without his cognizance.
