1. As announced in the 5 November 1973 IRAC meeting, I am appoint-
as Executive Secretary, IRAC, effective 15 November.
2. I am also appointing to serve as Deputy Executive
Secretary, IRAC. will continue to serve as
Executive Secretary and Deputy Executive Secretary of USIB respectively
(reference).
STAT
3. In his capacity as Executive Secretary, IRAC, I and the STAT
IRAC Secretariat will be responsible to me as Chairman of the IRAC.
The Secretariat will continue to be assigned to the Office of the Director
of Central Intelligence, and the CIA will continue to provide necessary
administrative and logistic support.
