SUBJECT : Deletion of EL and Eff Career Services
As discussed with you previously, the E Career Service is
now well on the way to establishing cc etitive evaluation panels
within the Career Service. These panels negate the require mat
for the subsidiary career service designations of EN and EL. Positions
with the EN designator have already been deleted concurrent with
the abolishment of the Office of National Estimates table of
organization. It is requested that those positions on the Legislative
Counsel and General Counsel tables of organization which carry an
EL designator be converted to E as soon as possible.
