IC Staff by developing a computer system called KIQ. The
system will process data related to the Key Intelligence Ques
tions Evaluation Process being monitored by the Intelligence
Community Staff for the DCI..
2. The computer support system being developed plans to
utilize to input data over Delta Datas. Accordingly,
the IC Staff would appreciate priority being given by SED to
any debugging of problems that arise in the development and
