1. Attached are brief explanations and graphic displays of
proposed computer-generated KEP outputs. They consist of:
SUBJECT : KEP Proposed Displays
a) The KEP Baseline Report
b) The KEP Performance Report
c) The KEP Aggregate Displays
2. These represent the proposed KEP computerized system to
be developed and made operational by late September, 1974.

3. Opersonnel will design the data base, pro-ram the input
STAT edit routines necessary to process the KEP input data and will develop
procedures so that IC Staff personnel can input the data into the data
STAT base. will also write the programs to create the Baseline and
Performance Reports and will set up the software routines to create
the KEP aggregate reports.
STAT 4. I I laps to develop input procedures so that IC .Staff
personnel can use CRT terminals to input data into the system. Any
training necessary for ICS personnel will be provided

5. Would you please review the attached output displays and
approve this proposed system. As soon as approval is received from
STAT the KEP Monitor Q program specifications will be written after
which programming can begin.
